Norton Rose Fulbright bolsters projects and infrastructure practices with senior appointment in Cape Town

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced the return of Matthew Ash, a projects, energy and infrastructure lawyer who re-joins its Cape Town office as director.
